Congratulations on completing the 28 Days Successful Sales Challenge. I trust you learnt a great deal. These new skills you’ve gained will require constant practice and review. Old habits are hard to break but you can change behaviour patterns with awareness and intentional practice.

After each conversation you have with a customer, spend a few minutes reviewing how you went. Think about what went well. Think about what you could do better next time. Commit to learning new skills. This is what’s called intentional practice and it’s the key to constant improvement.
